Set up your ClaroLITE in X-Lite!

ClaroLITE works perfectly in X-Lite, CounterPath’s Internet communications software.  Set up is a breeze.  Just follow these steps:

1.  Download X-Lite from www.counterpath.com
2.  Click on the “Show Menu” arrow on top of the application.
3.  Select “SIP Account Settings”.
4.  On the “SIP Accounts” screen choose “Add”.
5.  On the “Account” tab fill out your ClaroLITE information like this:
a.  Display name:  Name your account.
b.  User Name:  Enter your CIN (ClaroLITE Id Number).
c.  Password:  Enter the password you used for registering in www.clarolite.com.
d.  Authorization User Name:  Write your CIN again.
e.  Domain:  sf1.clarocom.net
6.  Click “OK”.

Keep in mind that your ClaroLITE is voice over IP telephony that works with the SIP protocol, therefore your account is sip:CIN@sf1.clarocom.net  and your password is the you chose when registering in our website.
